A 35-year-old woman, Amina Zakariyya, on Friday dragged her ex-husband to a Sharia Court ll sitting at Magajin Gari, Kaduna State, demanding to see her four children.
Zakariyya told the court that she divorced her ex-husband in December 2017.

“In August 2018, he came back and demanded that I allow our four children to spend the holidays with him in Abuja and I did.
“He refused to bring them back. I am praying the court to order him to let me at least speak to my children whenever I wish to and to bring them for holidays.
“I am also praying to the court to order him to pay me back the N74,200 I loaned him before our divorce,” she pleaded.
Sadiq Marafa, counsel to the defendant, Hassan Zubairu, a driver who resides at Abuja, told the court that his client would oblige the requests by his wife.
The Judge, Murtala Nasir, adjourned the case until July 19 for further hearing.
