My wife keeps bleeding

I have been married for 12 years without a child.
My wife is in her early 40s. Our problem now is that her menstruation has run more than necessary as she bled for three weeks.

I don’t know what to do again.

At God’s own time, you will carry your children. The safest advice you can give your wife is to see her doctor who is best kitted for the task.

Her predicament might have been reaction-induced. While she is undergoing the medical checks, she needs not be too anxious about conception. Too much anxiety might have affected her ceaseless bleeding.

All she needs do is to carry to the letter whatever her doctor tells her to do and relax as she cuts down on panicking.  This approach to her conception might be one of the causes of the delay. You need to encourage her by assuring her that all shall be well.
