Management of the award-winning and globally-acclaimed PEFTI Film Institute has announced that on October 1, 2019, a PEFTI campus would be opened in Ibadan, Oyo State.
According to the Managing Director of PEFTI, Abiola Adenuga, it had always been one of its objectives to be present across Nigeria in order to be able to cater for the needs of millions of young people planning to make impact in the entertainment industry.
According to him, the expansion had to wait until certain things were put in place.
“Now, we are ready and our new campus in Ibadan is going to change the face of entertainment in Oyo State, its environs, and Nigeria as a whole.”
She added that “Ibadan is in for a treat. PEFTI Film Institute is fully accredited by the Federal Ministry of Education to offer two-year National Diploma in Film and TV Production, Performing and Media Arts, and Music Technology.”
The institution, according to Adenuga, offers three and six months’ professional practical training in script writing, acting and presentation, cinematography, music studio production, directing, and editing.
