In its fourth year of existence, Quila Jewelers has already attracted a modest number of celebrity clients including Afrobeat sensations Kizz Daniel and Zlatan Ibile. This was according to the CEO of the America-based watch and jewelry vendor, Michael Olorunsogo Oni. 

The list of stars that wear Quila Jewelers’ custom-made pendants, rings, or necklaces includes skit makers Okiki GNF, record label owner Aloma AMW, comedian Van Josh and musician C Black among others, he revealed.

The Quila Jewelers boss further averred: “I redesigned Burna Boy’s African Giant pendant; though he’s yet to see it, I am certain when he does, he will be amazed by our exceptional expertise in custom jewelry.”

Speaking about the growing popularity of the brand, he disclosed that Quila Jewelers not only specialises in handing its customers the best deals on high-end jewelry and watches, but the brand also made its name as the best in the game when it comes to custom made pieces.

“Time and patience are key factors that are important to the art of making beautiful and eye-catching jewelry. Over the years, I’ve taken vital lessons from experts and professionals in the jewelry business. And to deepen my expertise, I went for professional training in Jewelry Design and Technology from Gemological Institute of America, GIA, in New York,” Michael Olorunsogo Oni articulated.

He also underscored the role of application of the principles of Customer Service in Quila Jewelers’ business relationship with buyers of its luxury product.

Said he: “Customer experience (also known as CX) is defined by the interactions and experiences your customer has with your business throughout the entire customer journey, from first contact to becoming a happy and loyal customer. We do all our possible best to implement a pattern of building relationships with our customers in other to build trust with them as that also builds the reputation of our brand and company.”
