Why can’t I get pregnant? Fertility coach recommendations

A welcome pregnancy is a period that every married couple looks forward to, especially spouses who have been having trouble getting pregnant for a long time. 7. Whether she and her partner have had any sexually transmitted diseases (if yes, we tell her to have a tubal diagnosis and the partner to have a spermogram. These diseases significantly affect fertility)
8. If she has such diseases as OCPD, endometriosis, etc. 
9. Collect complaints and symptoms 

Why these tests?

A successful pregnancy requires:

1. Hormonal balance 
2. Healthy fallopian tubes (this is where fertilization of the ovum by sperm occurs)
3. A healthy uterus (where implantation takes place)
4. A healthy sperm (there is no way without one)
5. The fertility coach likes to say, “Mental health must be in order.” It has a significant impact on fertility, too.

If more than a year, highly recommend the following examinations:

1. Transvaginal ultrasound of the pelvic organs on days 5-10 of the cycle. 
2. Diagnosis of fallopian tubes GSG
3. Hormone tests (at least: Prolactin, progesterone, estradiol, FSH, LH, and AMH)
4. Spermogram of the partner 

And after the results of the examinations, make an appointment for a consultation with a reproductologist.

Medications can lead to self-medication, such as hormonal imbalance, ovarian exhaustion, hyperstimulation, and miscarriage. The doctor prescribes them only on prescription after the woman has been examined. And under the supervision of an ultrasound scan.
