When YNORTH rocked Ilorin with Street in the Mall concert

In a dazzling display of musical prowess, Ilorin, the Kwara State capital recently experienced a surge of entertainment fervor as YNORTH wears rocked the city with the inaugural Street in the Mall concert.

The Shoprite Mall literally transformed into a carnival-like haven where residents and revellers reveled in the spirited clash between DJs and hypemen.

The event showcased top entertainers from Ilorin and its surroundings, marking the genesis of a new era in the city’s entertainment scene.

The atmosphere was charged with excitement as renowned figures such as Dj Makaveli, hypevibez, DJfocus, Djsketch, Samilee, and hypeman Freaky engaged in a 60-second battle to determine the ultimate maestro.

The contestants proved their worth, captivating the audience and solidifying their positions as masters of the game.

Seun Bamiro, the visionary behind Ynorth and Timeteller, expressed his realisation of Ilorin’s untapped entertainment potential, motivating him and his team to throw their support behind this groundbreaking event.

Buoyed by the triumph in Ilorin, Bamiro revealed plans to take the next edition to Palms Mall in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital.

Anticipated for December, this promises another thrilling showdown between hypemen and DJs, ready to sweep the city by storm.

Street in the Mall, as Bamiro explained, is a gateway to engage the youth in entertainment activities, providing a platform for showcasing their talents and exploring creative realms.

Reflecting on the success of the Ilorin edition, Bamiro expressed his happiness with the substantial turnout and the enthusiastic participation of the audience.

The vibrant atmosphere underscored the city’s hunger for such cultural events. As the event gears up for Ibadan, the anticipation is palpable, and enthusiasts can expect nothing short of a grandiose experience.
