WhatsApp launches new desktop App, upgrades features

Meta, the owner of Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp, has announced the launch of new desktop application for windows. 

The owner, Mark Zuckerberg made this known in a Facebook post on Thursday. 

He said, “Launching a new WhatsApp desktop app for Windows. Now you can make E2E encrypted video calls with up to 8 people and audio calls with up to 32 people.

Zuckerberg also made available the link to access this new application for window users in the post comment where he said, “If you’re on Windows, you can download the app here: https://www.whatsapp.com/download .”
