Former U.S. President Donald Trump, during an interview with NBC News on Saturday, revealed ambitious plans for his first day in office if re-elected.
Trump while arrived in Washington on Saturday ahead of his inauguration announced an intention to sign a record-breaking number of executive orders immediately after delivering his inaugural address on Monday.
Trump stated that the executive orders would target policies enacted by the outgoing Biden administration.
While he did not provide an exact number, he described the scale as “record-setting,” suggesting it could surpass 100.

“At least in that category,” he remarked when asked about the figure.
The former president also emphasised a commitment to swiftly implement a mass deportation program targeting undocumented immigrants.
He declared that the process would begin “very, very quickly,” though he refrained from identifying specific cities or regions.
“You’ll see it firsthand,” Trump assured, hinting at the immediacy of his administration’s actions.
