For actress and fitness enthusiast, Damilola Adegbite, paying attention to her body and mind is a journey she’s always excited about. The tinsel star is gradually becoming one of the most talked about actresses in the movie industry and from the look of things, Adegbite is not ready to quit the scene anytime soon.

She has had her rough moments in order to pay her dues, but she sees every challenge as a the needed push for the next big thing in her life. In 2017, her marriage to Ghananian actor, Chris Attoh reportedly suffered setback as reports had it that they were both ready to embark on individual journeys.

The marriage produced a son and not much was later heard of them. Some people suggested they had both moved on, others said they chose to keep their affairs private. Not much has been heard since then, but the two respected actors have since been concentrating on their crafts.

Days back, during the unveiling of her new website, Adegbite wowed many people as she released breath-taking and jaw-dropping pictures of herself, describing herself as a proud mother, entrepreneur, actor and exercise-to-music instructor.

Amid rumours that she was ready to give love another chance, the actress who starred in yet-to-be released movie, Yoruba Demons, produced by Ayo Makun (AY) shared the story behind her decision to become health and fitness instructor.

”I am a proud mother, entrepreneur, actor and exercise-to-music instructor. My love for the arts is innate. From an early age, I loved playing dress up and pretending I was a different person each time.”

On what acting does to her, the light-skinned actress said “acting gives me the liberty to “live different lives” and I find that very exciting.”

She recalled her journey into health and fitness started during one her lowest moments in life. “My passion for health and fitness started during one of my most trying times. I began to look for better ways to take care of my body, and for healthy solutions to the distressing physical and mental symptoms I was experiencing,” she said.

She claimed she’s now on a continuous journey to strengthen her body and mind while promoting fitness and wellness, particularly in women.
