Dear Yemisi,
How can I know that I have cancer and its symptoms?

Dear Anonymous,
Your fears can only be allayed by visiting a reputable hospital where you will be subjected to real tests as quickly as possible.
As long as you are nursing that fear, it is better you nip it in the bud. If you allow this feeling to linger on, it might lead to all sorts of anxiety that will further put you on edge.
Though I don’t know what gave rise to this question, whatever you might be going through that might have made people around you suggest that you are probably suffering from the disease must be cleared urgently.
You don’t have to panic nor organise any form of pity party for yourself, this kills faster than even what you are asking me.
I don’t know any of the symptoms please.
Act in good time and take your health challenge with the seriousness it requires.
Wishing you the very best.
