West Ham United has upped its bid to sign Ghanaian attacker, Andre Ayew from Swansea City to £20million, according to Sky Sports.
The Sun claimed late last week that the Hammers had launched a £16million bid, with wages of £75,000 a week for the Black Stars player.
Sky Sports reported on Sunday evening that the London-based premiership club is now offering up £20million to land the player from the Welsh club.
Sky Sports adds that Swansea has yet to make a decision in regards to West Ham’s offer, with the club apparently keen to bring in attacking reinforcements before allowing the Ghanaian to leave the Liberty Stadium.
Ayew is contracted to Swansea until 2019, having joined for a free transfer from Olympique Marseille.
The 26-year-old forward scored 12 goals in his first Premier League campaign last season.
