Speaking on his new venture, Don Richie believes that the Nigerian music scene, particularly the Afrobeats genre, is ready of a new era. “There’s a wealth of untapped talent in Nigeria, and Richie Music Empire is here to give those artistes a chance to shine,” he added.
“We’re not just looking to sign artistes; we want to develop them,” Don Richie explained. “Our mission is to create an environment where artistes can grow, explore their creativity, and achieve international success.”
On the newly signed artistes, Blaqmanta and Ranti, he said, “Both artistes represent the future of Nigerian music, and we’re excited to support their journey.”
Don Richie further noted that launching Richie Music Empire was not just a business venture, but a way to contribute to the evolution of Afrobeats and the broader Nigerian music scene.
“We are committed to pushing boundaries and challenging the status quo,” he said. “Our goal is to disrupt the industry with fresh talent and innovative approaches.”
Looking ahead, Richie Music Empire plans to sign more artistes and expand its influence both locally and internationally. With strategic collaborations and a focus on global promotion, He is confident that the label will help propel its artistes to international fame.
