Ingredients:
2 cups of cubed seedless watermelon
2 cups of 1-inch-thick pineapple rounds
1 cup of peeled and sliced banana
2 tablespoons of grated ginger
2 table spoon of honey
3 – 4 ice cubes
NB: Fruits can be fresh or frozen. If seedless watermelon is not available, take time to pick out the seeds from the watermelon.
Directions:
Rinse all fruits in bowl of clean water (if not frozen)
Cut seedless watermelon into small chunks for easy blending.
Peel and slice banana.
Peel pineapple and cut into circles of specific thickness.
Pour ice cubes into your choice blender
Add the cubed seedless watermelon pieces.
Blend for two minutes.
Add pineapple rounds, sliced banana and grated ginger.
Blend all ingredients until fluid.
Add honey.
Stir for about a minute to ensure uniform mixing.
Process until smooth.
Serve chilled into glass cups.
Garnish with spinach leafs.
