Water resource bill is a joke

The new abnormality is the water resource bill. Government can be funny sometimes. They do not face the important issues. Let government control energy and roads first Look at these two amenities that they should provide as a responsibility; where is power supply and road network in Nigeria? Now they want to join water that they cannot even provide for the people; water that people have been providing for themselves and use it to exploit the masses.

They should also then attempt to control the air we breathe because Nigeria is fast becoming a prison.
