This is the dramatic moment a New Zealand police officer arrested a bikie with a flying tackle.
Dan Wood, 26, from Auckland, filmed the officer throwing himself at the man nfrom his patrol car, tackling him off his bike and pinning him to the pavement.
Mr Wood, a computer science student who works at a nearby bar, claimed the bikie had been trashing a local pub after being thrown out several days before.
He said the bikie returned looking for the bartender who evicted him, then started trashing the place when he was unable to find him.
Mr Wood said the bikie smashed windows, broke glasses, flipped tables over and started terrorising customers before the police were called.
A New Zealand Police spokesman said the man was wanted following an earlier incident before being arrested at around 7pm on Wednesday.
Police say he has since been charged with several counts of assault, reckless driving, failing to stop for police and resisting arrest.
He appeared in court for an initial hearing on Thursday, though it is unclear what the outcome was.
