VIDEO: Oyo govt installs tyre spikes to enforce one-way rule

The Oyo State Government has introduced One-Way Tyre Spikes as part of its efforts to curb wrong-way driving and enhance road safety.

The measure aims to enforce traffic regulations and deter motorists from flouting the one-way rule.

A recently installed spike barrier at Idi-Ape was captured in a viral video circulating on social media.

The footage shows the enforcement tool in action, demonstrating how the spikes are designed to puncture the tyres of vehicles attempting to drive against traffic.
