VIDEO: Moment Trump served fries at McDonald’s ahead US election

Former U.S. President Donald Trump made waves on Sunday by stepping behind the counter at a McDonald’s in Feasterville-Trevose, Pennsylvania, where he prepared and served French fries to drive-through customers.

The visit was part of his campaign strategy, aimed at countering claims made by his Democratic rival, Kamala Harris, who has spoken about her past experience working at the fast-food chain.

Wearing a black-and-yellow apron over his suit, Trump worked alongside McDonald’s staff, learning how to fry and salt potatoes before serving them to eager customers.

“This is fun. I could do this all day,” he remarked with a smile.

The event quickly turned into an impromptu press conference, as supporters and media gathered around. Trump fielded questions from reporters while taking shots at Harris, calling her past employment story “phony” and claiming she exaggerated her time working at McDonald’s.

The appearance was seen as both a lighthearted moment and a pointed political move in his ongoing campaign.
