VIDEO: I was an armed robber, terrorist at age 14 — Pastor Odumeje

Controversial Nigerian pastor, Chukwuemeka Ohanaemere, popularly known as Pastor Odumeje, has revealed his troubled past, disclosing that he became involved in armed robbery and terrorism at the age of 14. 

In a viral video of him delivering a sermon, the cleric shared his life journey, detailing his transformation from a life of crime to Christianity.

Speaking to his congregation, Pastor Odumeje explained that growing up on a tough street in Onitsha, Anambra State, pushed him into a life of crime and terrorism at an early age.

However, he credited his transformation to his mother who introduced him to the path of salvation and guided him to Christ.

“I was born in Onitsha city, No. 3, Nnewi Street, and I grew up in a dangerous street. I became an armed robber at the age of 14. I became a terrorist. Until Jesus Christ arrested me through the help of my mother to change my life. And a destroyer became a saviour.”
