Umuigbo youths laud Osinbajo

Arising from one day meeting held in Owerri last weekend, Umuigbo youths/Ndigbo development Association said that they were happy with deep sense of responsibility and patriotism with which the acting president Yemi Osinbanjo had kept Nigeria in peace inspite of President Muhammadu Buhari’s long absence in the country.

This statement was contained in a resolution adopted by Umuigbo youths /Ndigbo an affiliate of Ohanaeze Ndigbo and signed by the chairman and secretary comrade (Dr) Marshal Okpara and John Terence Ononju respectively and made available to  Nigerians Tribune.

We urge all Nigerians to step forward now and make sure that the position and prestige of the acting president as provided in the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria is not diminished or undermined.

According to the resolution, Umuigbo youths/Ndigbo are unrelenting in their prayers for the good health of President Buhari, wishing him quick recovering and early return to his duties.

They commended the action of the senate in receiving a medical vacation letter from President Buhari.
