University of Ibadan Students, community members and colleagues of Orire Agbaje have applauded and expressed excitement at the announcement of her appointment as member of Presidential Committee on Fiscal Policy and Tax Reforms.
Tribune Online gathered from Orire’s class representative, Stephen Alabi that her appointment is well deserved, as she has demonstrated her potential to achieve such remarkable feat sooner rather than later.
Stephen revealed via his WhatsApp; “to say I am over the moon is an understatement.
“Yes, I am the Class Governor and Agbaje Orire happens to be my Deputy right from 100l. From our very first encounter during the Faculty Orientation when we both contested for the position of the Class Governor, I knew one day this woman will be a force. And I am happy I wasn’t wrong to believe that.
“Orire is diligent. Orire is versatile. Even though her name suggests that her exploits may just be products of good luck, we can’t be more wrong to believe so. Because I’ve seen her struggle for greatness and I can beat my chest to say, she’s won it all through sweats and blood. And this is just the beginning, this woman is going places, I can tell.”
The @studentsunionui (Students Governing body in UI) also retweeted tweets congratulating Orire Agbaje.
