Two rewarded as Pelican Valley celebrates Sallah with children

In celebration of this year’s Sallah, real estate entrepreneur, Dr Babatunde Adeyemo, spent time with children at The Podium, a private lounge within the Pelican Valley Estate, Laderin.

Aside from treating the kids to sumptuous Sallah meals at the event, he also hosted parents, estate landlords, consultants and mentors.

During the celebration, he gave out cash prizes to two of the kids that best performed in a challenge competition on recitation of the first stanza of the reintroduced “Nigeria we hail thee…” national anthem.

Adeyemo, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Pelican Valley Nigeria Limited behind the Pelican Valley Estate Laderin, Pelican Brief Estate, Pelican Ecostay Apartments and Pelican’s Greenish Acre Farm Estate, Kobape, said children are precious gifts and blessings from Allah that should be raised with tolerance by parents.

He said further that the future belongs to the children, urging parents and guardians to provide a nurturing environment that fosters positive communication and character development for their kids.

The multiple award-winning realtor also encouraged parents and guardians to invest in the future of children in the area of education and shelter through “land banking,” saying Pelican Valley has a package on land banking that addresses such need.
