Tragedy struck the Muna Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) camp in Borno State on Tuesday as a fire engulfed the area, specifically the Muna Alamdari IDP camp in Maiduguri, resulting in the tragic loss of two children’s lives.
At present, the cause of the fire remains unknown, and investigations are underway to determine its origins.
Neither the Borno State Police Command nor the state government have issued any official statements regarding the incident at the time of this report.
