In a bold move to deepen its impact on education and community development, Tsion Academy has announced the opening of its second free schooling facility in Ile-Ife, Nigeria.
The new facility, set to commence academic activities on Monday, 28th April 2025, is a major milestone for the Academy, which has already earned a strong reputation for excellence and character development within the Ile-Ife community over the past year.
Speaking at a press briefing, the founder of Tsion Academy, Abayomi Adeola Della, described the launch as proof that free, quality education is achievable when a community rallies together. “It indeed takes a village to raise a child,” Della emphasized, noting that the school’s success story is built on communal effort, vision, and unwavering commitment.
Under Della’s leadership, Tsion Academy has distinguished itself as not only a centre for academic brilliance but also as a nurturing ground for the holistic development of children — intellectually, spiritually, emotionally, and physically.
Expressing optimism about the future, Della stated that the new school would uphold the institution’s tradition of excellence and service with integrity. “We are excited about the possibilities the new school presents. Our mission is to continue serving the Ile-Ife community with excellence,” he said.
Della also used the opportunity to thank the “Big Brothers, Sisters,” sponsors, financial partners, and volunteers who have supported Tsion Academy’s journey thus far. He called for continued partnership and sponsorship, encouraging interested individuals to connect with Tsion Academy.
As anticipation builds, the new facility is expected to significantly broaden access to free, high-quality education for children in Ile-Ife and beyond.
