Odoh, whose address was not provided, is being tried for reckless driving and damaging property.
The prosecutor, Sgt. Ishola Samuel told the court that the offences were committed on May 10 at Akanni Doherty Road, Agege, Lagos.
Samuel said that the accused, who rode a tricycle, had hit a Toyota Corolla car with Registration No. LSR 700 CP and damaged the side door, being the property of Elizade Nigeria Ltd.
“Odoh damaged the side door of the company‘s Toyota car valued at N125,000,’’ the prosecutor said.
He said that the offences contravened Sections 339 and 19 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015 (Revised).
Odoh, however, pleaded not guilty to the charges.
The Magistrate, Mrs A. I. Abina granted the accused a bail of N100,000 with two sureties in like sum.
Abina adjourned the case until June 16 for the mention.
