I write this tribute to Papa Ayo Adebanjo and Papa Edwin Clark and Balarabe Musa! These men loved Nigeria till they drew their last breath. Their demise has kept me thinking, where do we go from here? This is pertinent, especially now that it seems finding unity in Nigeria is like squeezing water out of a stone. Most of our lawmakers are full of sentiments and tribalism!
Let me remind every leader that no matter how educated, wise or good you are that sentiments of any shade or colour, or tribalism at any level are signs of primitiveness and negativity!
I expect that any right-thinking leader will sacrifice anything to make peace and justice reign. We must have integrity and total fear of God! It is a shame that our National Assembly has not been able to bring unity to Nigeria all these years.
