The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Taraba state has saluted President Bola Tinubu over his victory at the Tribunal, noting that the judgement has laid to rest all forms of doubts, deceptions, and falsehoods regarding APC’s victory in the last presidential elections.
In a statement by the party’s publicity secretary, Aaron Artimas, on behalf of the state party working committee led by the Chairman, Barr. Ibrahim Tukur El-Sudi and the Party’s Gubernatorial Candidate in the last General Elections, Senator Emmanuel Bwacha, and other Critical Stakeholders, commended the judicial panel of the Tribunal for making Nigerians proud.
“While we congratulate President Bola Tinubu for his victory at the Tribunal, the APC in Taraba state wishes to commend the Tribunal judges for their fair stands in the case and for ensuring that judgement was passed in the best interest of Nigerians and the country’s democracy.
“We wish to state here that the judgement has now laid to rest all forms of doubts, deceptions, and falsehoods regarding APC’S victory in the last presidential elections. The petition by the opposition was frivolous, the submissions of the petitioners were virtually shredded for their lack of substance and logic.
“We wish to hope that with the successful resolution of the legal issues, President Bola Tinubu will now have a better opportunity to execute his renewed agenda for the benefit of Nigerians.
“While we call on the opposition parties to join hands with the government to move Nigeria forward, we also wish to use this medium to appreciate the President for appointing Barr Uba Maigari Ahmadu as a member of the Federal Executive Council, representing Taraba State.” The statement read.
