Traditional ruler, Etsu of Yaba dies in Abuja

Alhaji Abdullahi Adamu, the 10th Etsu of Yaba in Abaji Area Council of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), is dead.

Secretary, FCT Area Councils Services Secretariat, Alh. Ibrahim Abubakar Dantsoho confirmed that the monarch passed away on Thursday night 9th March 2023, after a brief illness.

Nigerian Tribune gathered that the monarch, who was aged 62, has been buried according to Islamic rites.

The development comes after the death of the Etsu of Kwali chiefdom in Kwali Area Council of FCT, Alhaji Sha’aban Audu Nizaz, who died at a private hospital in Abuja, on December, 29, 2022.
