I am using this opportunity to appeal to well-to-do people in Ijagbo land, in Oyun local government area of Kwara State to use their riches for the uplift of the town, particularly by investing in the community. This will create job opportunities for the youths.
However, before Ijagbo can be developed, we all need to join hands together and work for the prosperity of the town. Let us bring back our lost glory; where are our industries such as breweries, Okin biscuit, and so on?
Wealthy people need to revive our industries for the sake of the youths and the town as a whole.
We want to be known and respected, yet we refuse to do the right thing. If we continue like this, things will never change. We need to ensure unity to save and serve our fatherland.
In conclusion, I call on Ijagbo people to join hands together, to make Ijagbo a better place where peace and riches flow.
