Those who see Osinbajo as a threat ‘plotting to pull him down’

A group known as the Yoruba Council of Youths Worldwide (YCYW) has raised the alarm over what it termed the plot of “Aso Rock Cabal to foist northern oligarchy” on the nation.

Speaking to the journalists in Lagos on Monday, Oladotun Hassan, president of the group, said the news making rounds on the humiliation of the office of the Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo is targeted at weakening the the highest political office being held by the south-west.

“It is mean to cause unnecessary hullabaloo within the political family of Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, with the sole objective of orchestrating an attrition towards dividing the good people of South West(Yoruba) in general, while setting them on a collusion cause against other southern regions, clandestinely to prepare the grounds for unimpeded easy conquest of the region in furtherance of their plots to eternally perpetuate Northern domination, post-2023,” he said.

“We are not oblivious of the premeditated plans by some cabal within the Presidency to play divide and rule chess game in the South West.”

He said “the cabal” has seen Osinbajo as a threat, hence the well-orchestrated plot to bring him down by all means, and further implants evil seeds of discord in the country.
