The man Honourable Ali Bello

Published by

Mr Ali Bello’s reputation and commitment under the leadership of Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello’s administration in Kogi State is something that every sane person will applaud.

He is an ever-humble man full of wisdom and ideas towards making our society a better place for all.

The administration of Governor Yahaya Bello improves infrastructural advancement and Mr. Bello is the cerebrum behind such.

Mr. Bello does not subscribe to media propaganda, he is a silent executor of good deeds. There are various community interventions done by him yet you will not for once see him bragging about it.

Surely, kind persons are most times not lucky with the public. About a few months ago there were social media touts who tried to dent the good name and legacy of Mr Bello Aliyu but God in his infinite mercy vindicated him.

After many trials, he remains firm towards executing the good works he is known for. (that Is another biggest lesson that youths need to learn from) leadership encompasses lots of public insults but what makes one stand out is the ability to be resilient and focused which Mr. Bello Aliyu has demonstrated.

Omeiza from Federal University Lokoja has these say about Mr Bello: ‘‘I have not seen such a gentleman in my life ever before, I was unable to pay my tuition during my second year in school so I ran to Mr Bello Aliyu for financial assistant but I was amazed at the manner at which he shows concern and help with more than what I seek for.’’

Aside from being the brain behind major projects across Kogi state, he single-handedly drills boreholes for his community. In his words, “Access to quality water is one of the biggest help anyone can render to his or her community, not only does it quench people’s thirst but also serves a form of charity that last till eternity”.

Recall that Mr Bello Aliyu set up a scholarship program for pupils and students from less privileged homes, organised medical outreach to many, and paid JAMB registration fees to over 200 students, not excluding over 250 students.

He paid the West African Examinations Council (WAEC).

These and more are his legacies. Yet, you will never see him on social media to brag.

During his medical outreach, free eye care was given to people suffering from sight problems, free diabetics medication, free malaria drugs and others were distributed.

He encouraged everyone to be law abiding and report to various government health care whenever they feel any symptom of illness, instead of using the local way.

Mr. Aliyu Bello remains firm with his duties to his Chief, the executive governor of Kogi State.
