The crisis in Kogi

Published by

My heart bleeds because of the ongoing crisis rocking my dear state, Kogi. The political unrest between Governor Yahaya Bello and Senator Dino Melaye is uncalled for, unjust and undemocratic. It’s often said that when two elephants fight, the grass suffers.

The gladiators shouldn’t set the hitherto peaceful Kogi State ablaze for selfish interests.  They both can see what they are causing in our state; the crisis recently turned bloody. Enough is enough.

The ultimate Judge is watching everybody and history will surely require the innocent blood shed by thugs from their (the thugs’) generations yet unborn. Peace will reign in Kogi State.
