The concert, according to the Wo crooner, will now hold at the Teslim Balogun Stadium, Surulere, Lagos State, R has confirmed.
While wrapping the sold-out show last year, Olamide had said he would come back with surprises this year. His decision to take the show to the 25,000 capacity stadium seems to be one of the surprises.
Organised by YBNL, Red & Axla, Pentagon and Powered by the Lagos State government, this year’s edition will hold on December 17 2017 at noon.
The choice of the 25,000-capacity venue is hinged on his plans to accommodate more people as the show appears to have grown bigger in size and expectations. The previous editions have seen more people deny entry to the venue due to large crowds.
The concert is Olamide’s way of giving back to his fans for their continued support for his brand and music over the years. He has also assured them of a fun-filled moment at this year’s edition that is expected to parade some of Nigeria’s big music acts.
