Tekno tells fans to get ready for new album

It is a season of album release in the Nigerian music space with Olamide, Davido, Wizkid and Burna Boy dropping new albums to keep their fan base strong and intact and it seems plans have begun by afro pop star, Tekno to give his fans a new album.

The singer was said to have been under pressure over the past months to drop his much anticipated with some of his colleagues already leading the way with new materials that have kept them on the radar for the past weeks.

Sharing his new plans with his fans on Thursday, Alhaji Tekno as he loves to call himself, said he would not disappoint those who have genuinely been asking about him and his career, particularly as he puts final touches to his new project.

He disclosed that he has picked December for the release of his album, which he titled Old Romance and fans of the light-skinned singer and songwriter are already in the mood to embrace his new body of work.

Having gone through some turbulent times in the last three years attending to his health and voice, Tekno said he felt good to be back in the business of music and could not wait to give a piece of himself to his loving fans. Fingers crossed already, fans say.
