Oba Ikuomola in his speech said the law office will enhance legal services in Lagos state and its environs, describing Enikuomehin as a lawyer with unique passion for the development of legal practice in Nigeria.
The king added that the law firm will create jobs for young lawyers and other youths in Lagos state and raise the bar in the legal profession as Barrister Enikuomehin is a refined lawyer whose has contributed to the development of legal profession”.
Speaking at the event, Enikuomehin called for speedy dispensation of justice to further strengthen the peoples’ confidence in the country’s judiciary, adding that constant adjournment of cases to distant dates had led to delay in the dispensation of justice in the country.
“Sometimes, justice seekers are forced to stop coming to court, not because they don’t want justice but because they lose interest in the matter because of the years they spent in seeking justice. Once the trial had commenced in a case, no party should be entitled to more than four adjournments.
“Litigants want quick dispensation of justice; the court must ensure that cases are not unduly delayed,” he said
In his speech, the chairman of the occasion, Pastor Anthony Abeh, described the law firm as a standard outfit with a well-equipped library.
