Men of the Ondo State Police command in Okitipupa, in Okitipupa Local Government Area of the State, have arrested a suspected kidnapper, Nsen Godwin, who allegedly stole two siblings, a four-month child and nine-year-old boy.
Godwin was said to have kidnapped the two kids when playing with them in their home in Omowa street in Okitipupa and lured the nine-year-old kid out of the house while he carried the baby.
It was gathered that the four-month-old baby was left in the custody of his nine-year-old brother when Godwin visited them in their home.
He took the two kids belonging to the same mother and travelled out of the town before he was arrested by men of the state police on the highway in Ode Aye community who suspected the man.

The nine-year-old was said to have raised the alarm which attracted the policemen on the Highway and subsequently arrested the suspect.
It was gathered that Godwin however, pretended to be mentally derailed when being quizzed by the security operatives who arrested him.
Confirming the arrest, the State Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Mr Femi Joseph, said the suspect has been arrested while the mother of the two kids had identified the children
He said the mother of the kids, Omowumi Omoniyi, was said to be busy with house chores when the incident happened.
He, however, said the suspect would be arraigned in court after the conclusion of the investigation.
