The leading gospel minister, who started his music journey as a chorister at age 10, said, he always admired gospel music singers, especially church choir, which made him develop interest in the music ministry. But what we have today, according to him is not the best, as many now turn themselves to beggars for event and ministration in churches and programmes.
However, Oluwatunmibi believed that much still needed to be done in the industry for a better worship of Christ.
“Gospel music ministers should discover their areas of calling before going into music. They should be original in their music and learn how to compose, all these, he said will help them to be the best among their peers,” he stated.
He said he remained focused in his activities, adding: “I prefer to be in the side of giving than receiving because in giving you get more.”
