Stone Café reopens, set to redefine hospitality industry in Ibadan

A leading hospitality outfit in Ibadan, Stone Café, has expressed its willingness to redefine the industry in the city, just as it reopens to businesses after two months of renovation.

The lounge and restaurant, which reopened on Thursday, May 30, according to the CEO, Asiwaju Segun Olalere, has a plethora of exciting activities for its customers, wherein Alternate Sound, was billed to entertain guests and customers, R&B/Soul music, as well as a DJs night on Friday, amongst other activities.

Addressing newsmen at a press conference, held on Wednesday at the facility, to announce the reopening date, Asiwaju Olalere said, “We have taken this time to upgrade and enhance the Stone Cafe experience for our customers. From new furniture to improved lighting, every detail has been considered to provide the best environment possible.

“We wanted to start our reopening with a bang, and Alternate Sounds will definitely bring the energy we need.”

Speaking on the cost of service, and service delivery at Stoke Café, Olalere assured that the café will not renege on its usual standard of operation.

“We guarantee no fake drinks; all beverages are sourced directly from distributors.

“We believe in quality and authenticity, which is why we partner only with reputable suppliers.

“We’re not driving customers away with our prices. Our services are worth every penny, and we ensure great value compared to others.”

“Our staff are dressed to impress, and their professionalism matches the quality of our service, which is also what we expect from our customers.

“We want everyone to experience the luxury and comfort of Stone Cafe without breaking the bank.

“We invite everyone to come and see the new Stone Cafe. It’s better than ever, and we can’t wait to share it with our community,” Olalere added.

Highlighting the exciting activities slated for the one-week relaunching experience, he noted that, “Friday will be a mix of old school and new school music. With four DJs on the ground, it’s going to be a vibrant mix that caters to all tastes.

“Dele Omo Woli is a crowd favourite, and we’re excited to have him bring his unique brand of humour to Stone Café on Saturday.

“We’ll have live acoustic music and special brunch menus to help everyone relax and recharge at YOLO Sunday.”
