Spendify Technologies partners with Aminu De Comedian as brand ambassador

An online leading finance management app, SPENDIFY Technologies, has signed a partnership with an ace comedian, Aminu De Comedian, as its brand ambassador.

Signing the partnership agreement on behalf of the company, Mr Philip Etim, founder of Spendify, described the partnership as a worthy initiative.

He said, “We are very happy to welcome Aminu De Commedian to the Spendify family. Spendify is not just about managing your money; it’s about transforming your relationship with personal finances.”

He said that Spendify, a leading personal finance management app, was committed to empowering users with effective budgeting solutions, real-time financial updates, and personalised artificial intelligence (AI) assistance.

Philip further explained that, with Spendify’s mission to revolutionise how individuals approach personal finance, the collaboration with Aminu De Comedian aims to foster greater awareness and understanding of financial literacy among diverse communities.

“Aminu De Commedian’s infectious humour and widespread appeal make him the perfect advocate for Spendify’s message of financial empowerment,” h he added.

The Founder expressed optimism that through engaging content and public appearances with Aminu leveraging on his platform, his followers and users would be encouraged to take control of their financial future by utilising the Company’s innovative solutions and resources.

“His unique ability to connect with audiences will undoubtedly inspire individuals from all walks of life to prioritise their financial well-being”, Philip enthused.

Esosa Okoro, Spendify’s head of Marketing, speaking shortly after signing the contract, expressed delight over the engagement of Aminu De Comedian as Product Ambassador.

“I am happy to have Aminu as our ambassador. We are confident Spendify’s vision will resonate with a wider audience, driving positive changes and empowering users to take control of their financial future

“As part of the partnership, Aminu De Comedian will actively promote Spendify’s features and benefits through various media channels, including social media platforms, live events, and traditional advertising avenues.

“Additionally, he will collaborate with the Spendify team to develop engaging content that educates and entertains users about financial best practices on spendify.ca, he added.

The product ambassador, Aminu De Comedian, addressing newsmen after appending his signature to the contract papers, said, “I’m excited to join forces with Spendify to help people laugh and learn about money.

“Financial literacy is essential, but it doesn’t have to be boring. With Spendify, managing your finances can be both effective and enjoyable.”

Also speaking, Ameh Friday, Chief Technical Officer (CTO) and co-founder of Spendify, described the new achievement as another level of challenge for the engineering team, comprising Favour Akachukwu James and Michael Bamidele.

He said that the team would ensure that users continue to experience an intuitive and user-friendly flow as new features and improvements are introduced in the app.

Ayodele Aransiola (co-founder and QA Lead) said the partnership with Aminu De Comedian marks a significant leap forward in Spendify’s mission to democratise access to financial education and empower individuals to make informed financial decisions.

It would be recalled that Spendify Technologies launched a generative artificial intelligence product code-named “OLA” in July 2023 to address crises arising from limited knowledge of financial services in Sub-Saharan Africa.

The app has in the last 10 months reinforced the position of “financial inclusion” as a crucial enabler for the attainment of many of the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
