Speeding train crushes unidentified person in Lagos

A devastating incident occurred in the Cappa, Oshodi area of Lagos State on Monday, when a speeding train collided with an individual along the railway tracks.

According to eyewitness Akin Rowland, the accident took place around 3 pm.

Emergency responders from the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency, LASEMA, promptly arrived at the scene and retrieved the victim’s dismembered body.

The identity of the deceased remains unknown at this time.

“LASEMA Response Team from Cappa Base recovered the corpse of an adult male hit by a train along the railway tracks at Cappa on Monday,

“The remains has been deposited at the General Hospital mortuary,”
