The Soul Makers Ministry is set to celebrate “Heart’s Day,” a festival that honors the creator and the soul.
A statement by spiritual leader, Chief Owolabi Salis, noted the celebration, which is determined by the lunar calendar and the moon, will hold between Sunday and next Wednesday.
The celebration, which falls on June 16-23, involves prayers, feasting, and thanksgiving.
The ministry’s spiritual leader, Chief Owolabi Salis, emphasised the importance of worshiping the creator alone and not idols or humans.
He encouraged individuals to pay obeisance to their roots (parents and ancestors) but worship only the creator, The Soul Maker.
Salis stressed that worshiping idols or humans makes one’s soul vulnerable to control by those entities.
He urged followers to celebrate Heart’s Day by offering prayers and thanksgiving to The Soul Maker, the Almighty Lord of the Universe, for blessings and guidance.
The ministry’s teachings focus on the natural and divine connection between the creator, the soul, and the individual’s roots.
“This is our planet. Everything on Earth grows. For a tree to bear fruits, you have to water the roots. If you need spiritual wisdom, you need to water your roots and you do so by paying obeisance to your roots. Whoever disregards his roots will not grow,” he said.
