Songito Shines As New Wave of Nigerian Music Talent Emerges

The Nigerian music industry welcomes a fresh wave of talent ready to make their mark on the scene. Among them are three promising musicians, each bringing their own unique style and flavor to the table.

The Abuja-based artist Anachuna, Chukwunonso Raymond, better known as Songito, is a multifaceted musical talent with aspirations beyond his own success.

As a singer, songwriter, and instrumentalist, Songito is already making waves with his latest track “Erimeri ft ejima042,” which has been receiving airplay on prominent radio stations such as Odenigbo FM and Kennis FM. But Songito’s ambitions extend beyond his own artistry; he envisions building the Songito Music Empire to nurture and elevate young talents, ensuring a bright future for the next generation of Nigerian musicians.

Others on the block include Yarden, who at just 20 years old, born Okereke Blessed Jordan, is already making waves with his distinctive sound. Hailing from Abia State but raised in Lagos, Yarden’s music is characterized by its dark, groovy, and ominous vibe, setting him apart from the crowd.

With roots in a music and entertainment family, Yarden’s passion for music runs deep, having started his journey in 2018 before going professional in 2019. Currently signed to Etins Record Limited, Yarden is poised to leave a lasting impression on the global music scene.

Llona also makes the list. He is from Kogi State comes Micheal Ajuma Attah, also known as “Llona,” a rising star in the realms of Afrobeats, R&B, and Dancehall. Llona’s musical journey began at a young age, and he burst onto the professional scene in 2019 with his debut single “Nobody.”

Since then, he has been steadily building a loyal fanbase drawn to his unique sound. Recently, Llona’s popularity soared with the release of his hit single “HBP,” with the remix featuring Bella Shmurda further solidifying his status as one to watch in the Nigerian music scene.

As these young talents step into the spotlight, they bring with them a fresh energy and creativity that promises to shape the future of Nigerian music.
