Soldier gives actress ‘dirty slap’

nosey-parker-logoFor not minding her business, a Grade-C waka pass actress in the English version of Nollywood recently landed in trouble as she was given a ‘dirty slap’ by a soldier.

The actress has a surname that sounds the same as that of a popular Lagos politician who reigned during the two-party system of the Maradona and who died a few years ago. She also has as one of her names, the title given to traditional rulers.

The actress got into trouble with the soldier when she was on her way to an event in Ambode state. According to Olofofos, she was on an okada when she saw a soldier using a belt to beat a bus driver in one of the popular areas of the state.

The actress, on seeing this, asked the okada rider to stop, got down and went to the scene of the beating. She demanded from the soldier why he should be beating an innocent civilian with a belt.

The soldier, who was annoyed that she was poke nosing into what she did not know anything about, left the driver and faced the actress, giving her a ‘dirty slap’ and asking her to leave the place immediately, an order which the actress promptly complied with.
