Smile thrills customers with Unlimited Premium

In continuation of the series of innovative products designed to offer its subscribers unbeatable value, Smile Nigeria has unveiled the UnlimitedPremium Plan. This latest innovation is coming on the heels of the company’s recent introduction of the Lowest 4G LTE Call Rate in the Nigerian market.

The UnlimitedPremium Plan gives customers Internet freedom where they can download unlimited movies, watch unlimited videos, play unlimited games online, enjoy unlimited social media at the same price of N19, 800.The plan is about the only truly Unlimited Internet available to everyone in Nigeria.

A statement issued by the company disclosed that existing customers using the current Unlimited Plan would be automatically upgraded to UnlimitedPremium to immediately benefit from this new innovation. All existing Smile customers can recharge online with XpressRecharge and pay with their credit card. They can also recharge via MySmile and pay via approved third party payment channels or at any of the numerous Smile touch points. On their part, new customers can order UnlimitedPremium plus SMiFi or UnlimitedPremium plus Router online and pay with their credit card for delivery to their doorsteps.

Alternatively, they can visit any Smile outlet where they are assured of best in class customer service.

The UnlimitedPremium plan is valid for 30 days .The plan will be available to all new and existing Smile customers and is ideal for the whole family. In a situation where anactive plan has not expired or exhausted, the usage will be from the customer’s active data plan before the new UnlimitedPremium plan kicks in.

However, all existing customers on the current Unlimited Plan will automatically be upgraded to UnlimitedPremium. All that is required is for the person to be a registered Smile customer with a registered SIM card and there are access devices compatible with Smile’s network, which will assist the customer. The statement from Smile Nigeria further indicated that the company reserves the right to limit speed where and when necessary.
