The Nigeria Association of women journalists (NAWOJ) Zamfara state has commended President Bola Ahmad Tinubu, for the re-apportionment of Hajiya Fatima Umar Aliyu Shinkafi as the Executive Secretary of the Solid Minerals Development Fund, saying it’s a testament of promoting gender equality in key sectors.
In a statement issued on Tuesday evening by the Zamfara state NAWOJ chairperson Comrade Jamila Musa Kanoma, he said Fatima Shinkafi’s appointment is a testament to present administration of Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s commitment to empowering women and promoting gender equality in key sectors.

The statement reads in part: “Your leadership and vision for a greater Nigeria are truly inspiring, and we applaud your efforts to drive progress and innovation in the country”.
