Skiibii, who was with the label for more than four years call it quit on Wednesday, following a statement from the co-owner, Kcee, who said he wished the talented singer all the best as he moves on.
Skibii, on his part, thanked Kcee for and Five Star Music for the support he enjoyed while his stay lasted, saying he would always cherish every moment he had with the label.
The singer, who has also launched his record label, More Grace Music, said he was ready to take his career to the next level, just as he solicited the support of his fans and asked them to keep encouraging him.
“This is a new journey for me and I am glad to be stepping into something big that could help my music career and put me on a new scale. It is not going to be easy, but I know the grace of God is sufficient for me,” he said.
