An Investment Attorney who who made it possible for  many offshore core investors to take up majority positions in the recapitalization process  is  advocating for a easy process for investors to get their C of O this he noted will help investors  with C of Os l could have easy assess to bank loans as it can be used as Collateral.

The Investment attorney who is the immediate President of Catholic Men Organization, Lagos Archdiocese praised the efforts of the  Executive Governor of Lagos State His excellency Gov Babajide  Sanwo Olu who recently provided a six months grace period for owners and developers without building permits to do the needful. He however urged the governor to clear all pending Certificates of Occupancy and give consent to pending Deeds of Assignments.

On the power sector, the public affairs commentator, Barr. Otiono  condemns the epileptic problems with the electricity supply.

According to him  Stable Power is crucial to stimulating our economy.

Some may argue that generation is the problem in the electric power sector in Nigeria. That is, however, in my view, a wrong diagnosis. The problems are from the transmission and  distribution segments. The core difference between transmission and distribution power lines is that transmission power lines are for long-distance, high-voltage electricity transportation, whereas distribution power lines are for shorter distances and lower voltage electricity transportation. To illustrate, transmission lines are the power lines you might see on the side of the freeway, while distribution lines can be seen on the sides of streets. He therefore urged the Government to fix the power Sector as most of their assets are obsolete.
