A lady must cover her head to show respect to her Creator

It is compulsory for a woman to cover her head in the church, especially before entering the church or anywhere people are praying. A lady, who does not, will not be honouring God. A lady must cover her head to show respect  to God her Creator, as long as she is taking to important role in the church. I’m not sure if there are consequences, but the Bible says we should always speak the truth, nothing but the truth. The Bible is the truth, so you need to follow its laws.

Woman’s hair is the cover to her head

It is important a woman covers her head, but it is not a must to cover with cloth. 1 Corinthians 11 is clear on the issue. When Paul was addressing the matter, he said if a woman has long hair, it becomes the cover. Therefore, a woman must cover her head but not particularly with cloth in-as-much she has long hair. The covering with cloth is only necessary if the woman shaved or her hair style reveals the base of her hair. God has provided the necessary cover for  women, their hair.

Angels will sanction any woman who doesn’t cover her head to church.

It is a necessity for a woman to cover her head in the church.  The word of God makes us to understand that a woman who is praying without covering her head has no respect for her head. The covering of the head is important, especially when a lady is prophesying or is in the church. There are consequences if she does not cover her head. The angels are around us when we worship and any woman who does not cover her head may incure the wrath of the angel, it is mostly important when a women is praying or taking part in any Godly assignment to cover her head.

Woman’s hair is a cover to her head

The Bible says the woman’s hair is already a cover. If she has her hair, why cover the head with a scarf again?  But if a woman fixes an attachment or artificial hair, she has to cover her head. If she has her natural hair, there is no need because the hair serves as a cover to our head and scalp.

Pastor Badewo Toluleke, Christ Prayer Miracle Church

Covering of head is a principle women must observe.

It is a laid-down principle for a woman going before the Lord to make sure her head is covered. It is evident in the book of Corinthians. The very epistle of Paul to the Corinthians Chapter  11 Vs 6 reads: “For a woman does not cover her head, let her also have her hair cut off, but it is disgraceful for a woman to have her hair cut or her head shaved, let her cover her head.”

It’s not biblical for a lady to leave her hair open in the presence of God

It’s not biblical for a lady to leave open in the presence of God, because a lady is like glory to her husband. I Corinthians 11:20 affirms it too: “For this reason, the woman ought to have a symbol of authority on her head, because of the Angels.” Why is that important to the angels? The relationship of God with men is something that the angels watch and learn from (1 Peter 1:12). Therefore, a woman’s submission to God’s delegated authority over her is an example to the Angels. The holy Angels, who are in perfect and total submission to God, expect that we, as followers of Christ, be the same.

Those women that don’t cover their heads are baby Christians

A mature woman will know that you just have to cover your head. A lot of Christians find something to cover their heads when it’s time to pray, because you’re in the presence of God. It’s not a good habit when people enter the church without covering their heads. You don’t come to the church to show off your beauty; your beauty is in your character, in the way you relate with people.
