The solicitors for Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan have distanced themselves from a purportedly trending letter dated 4th November 2022, allegedly written by ‘INDEMNITY PARTNERS’ concerning her and her husband, Chief Uduaghan.
The law firm described the circulating letter, purportedly addressed to Chief Uduaghan and alleging discrepancies in business dealings between him and his wife, as dubious and unauthentic.
A statement by B. C. Igwilo, SAN, urged members of the public to disregard the trending document.

The statement reads in part:
**“Our attention has been drawn to a letter trending on social media, purportedly issued by our law firm in relation to our client and her husband.
“We categorically distance ourselves from the alleged letter and its contents. That letter is inauthentic and of dubious origin.
“Accordingly, we urge the general public to ignore it in its entirety.”**
Igwilo, SAN, noted that the fake and dubious letter bore the heading: “IN THE MATTER OF BREACH OF PROMISE OF MARRIAGE, POISONING, FINANCIAL LOSS AND INDEBTEDNESS TO MS. NATASHA AKPOTI”.
The fraudulent letter further claimed to have been written by the solicitors to Ms Natasha Akpoti (“Client”) and falsely suggested that it was issued on her instructions.
