The Senate confirmed Alhaji Ibikunle Bayonle Fatai, a member of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State, as a member of the Code of Conduct Bureau (CCB) on Wednesday.
Fatai previously served as the Chairman of the Nigerian Lottery Regulatory Commission (NLRC).
Two others, Ikpeme Kenneth Ndem (Cross River) and Justice Buba Ibrahim Nyaure (retd.), were also confirmed by the Red Chamber during its plenary in Abuja.

The confirmation followed the report of the Senate Committee on Ethics, Code of Conduct, and Public Petitions, chaired by Sen. Imasuen Bernards (LP, Edo-South).
