Senate approves Buhari’s 43 ministerial nominees

The Senate has approved the nomination of the 43 ministerial nominees forwarded to it last week by President Muhammadu Buhari as ministers of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

All nominees were approved in the committee of the whole after a clause by clause consideration of the 43 nominees.

The Senate read the Ministerial nominee list on Tuesday, 23, July 2019. The nominees confirmed by the Senate are as follows:
